Buddy of mine scored an awesome deal. He got a like-new HK USP compact in .357 Sig for all of a hundred bucks (plus a trade on an expensive mountain bike frame) from a friend of his.
First off, just for the savings on ammo costs, he wants to convert it to .40. Can you just buy a .40 barrel and drop it in, or does it have to be fitted like the Jarvis match barrels? Where's a good place to get a USP compact .40 barrel?
Also, what lights out there fit the HK USP compact? I understand that the USP uses a proprietary light rail. Can anyone recommend a good pistol light for the USP compact?
Finally, holsters. Carry holsters especially. What holsters do you like for your USP compact?
