Good area in TX for a hog hunt

I have use 30 days leave sometime this year. If I don't travel the Orient, I plan on stopping in Texas to visit some relatives in Wichita Falls and Corpus Christi.

Would somebody recommend a good hog hunt'n area in Texas? I prefer to hunt with a revolver.

Probably either city's surrounding country, although hogs might be a bit denser outside of Corpus. Nueces River bottoms...And I know for sure the area around Woodsboro.

Have your folks do some checking around for permissions...

North of Corpus is a good area for hogs. Very little public land here though.
