Just a quick question- is there a .22 bolt action out there that has as many accessories options as a 10/22?

In particular i'd like a rifle that I can swap out with a colorful laminate thumbhole stock. I have a .22 bolt action, but nobody makes any aftermarket accessories for it.

Does such a thing exist?

Besides the AR-15, I don't think any gun has as many accessories as a 10/22.

The AK does, if you Tapco-ize your weapon like I did. It now weighs 9.8 lbs unloaded. :) No, I haven't doubled the OEM wieght of the rifle, and I know how to use every accessory bolted on to it, so it's not "tacti-cool". There's actually a method to my madness. I call it an ARAK-1547. LOL, (Hmm, that actually sounds pretty cool). The only other things I want are a 2" high cheek piece, a RPK style carrying handle, silent ambidexterous AR style safety, and a weapons light, and it will be complete. :D

+1 on the 77/22. Make a visit over to Rimfire Central and check out the Ruger section for some stunning 77/22's.
