Oh, gosh! I wonder whether Virgin's violent crime rates are lower than Chicago's.

Some jerk is going to sue the town over this, I predict. Laws that are unenforceable are by definition void, this is a legal maxim. Laws that are void are usually struck down, unless they're kept around for historical reasons like the "no pants with pockets" law on the books in one small town.

What would be better is a big reduction in property taxes for those who own firearms.
