Maybe there are bears hiding in the Teacher's Lounge.

More likely, he's a handgun hunter...

MY GOD!!

"Look at the size of that thing!"

"Cut the chatter, Red Two!"

FYI..

If he is the "Head custodian" of the elementary school, he makes more money than %70 of the US population.

I work for a school district in the summers and winters, and even the rank-and-file custodians roll out in new trucks and SUVs with expensive rims (not fake caps).

The head custodians of the schools in my district have a Harley club.

Off topic, but that is why it is not odd to me. Most people dont know that.

Anywho, if I had money I didnt know what to do with, I'd buy one too. However, at this point in my life I only have money for things I "need". I might streth the definition of "need" when it comes to guns tho...

I want one though...

Let me tell you something.....those grade school kids can be pretty nasty, more so if they gang up and start prowling for innocent victims.

Sounds like the janitor knew this.

Not sure whether to laugh or cry.

I suppose the guy drove up in a Hummer to pick it up.

Don't you guys read Stehen King? Janitors frequently work in schools after hours and most schools are built on old indian burial grounds. The older schools are haunted by ghosts who died on the grounds in some type of horrible act. Schools are creepy places.

Who always gets it when a horrible monster is just starting their rampage? The Janitors. They find their torn remains in the bathroom the next morning. Just watch The Relic.

It is also possible that the janitor is a member of JAM (Janitors Against Monsters). A highly secret organization that has been in exsistence since the 13th Century. These brave men and women wage a covert war against the worst of the supernatural world in the empty office buildings and schoolhouses of the world. They keep us safe while keeping our trashcans empty and our bathrooms sanitary. No doubt there was a need for some serious firepower. ;)

The best custodians do in my district is around $15 an hour, and that's one that's been working there for 10 years who manages other custodians.

But I earn pretty close to that amount of money as an instructor, and no one would be surprised if I had such a thing. If I really wanted it, I could get it, it would just take a while. Of course I don't want it because quite frankly it's not practical.

And I like the .460s better anyway.:D

But seriously, why is it so odd a school custodian should want such a thing?

haha, thats funny cause when me and the other manager looked at it we thought of that vampire movie where they had a peice that looked like that, and they used silver nitrate bullets, I think it was The Underworld or somthing like that

They don't like being called janitors anymore, now they are waste management technicians.

My first reaction to handling a 4" S&W 500 was...

"Here's the money, do the paperwork."

My son's reaction...

"That's the revolver from Hellboy!"

My daughter's reaction...

"Is that real? It looks like the gun from Who Framed Roger Rabbit."
