I know this has been discussed in the past, but I want someone to reassure me:
Can I shoot the following rounds in place of 7.62x38: .32 S&W, .32 S&W Long, .32 H&R Magnum?

That sounds right, though some of the S&W line will get sticky in some of the Nagants. I like the .32 H&R's out of them. You can also get an adapter to shoot .32 ACP out of it, which is about the cheapest of the .32 options.
