I picked up my new cz75d on Friday afternoon. This is my first NIB gun since I bought my mossberg 500 in 93. It was packed in cosmo and took some time to clean. Easy to break down this pistol.
Went to the range Satruday with 500 rounds of ammo.
Started out with 50 rounds of Black Hills...shot point of aim accurate. Site is off to the left just a touch.
Went to Ranger....Had one fail to feed 1/2 way through the box of 50.
Gold dot...shot 50 rounds with out any problems.
Hornaday..shot 50 rounds with out any problmes.
Accu Bond....shot 50 rounds with out any problems.
Of all the hollow point ammo the Hornaday shot most accurate.
Rest of ammo was WWB and Remmington Green box. No problems at all. I did notice that the trigger started to come in better towards the end of the shoot.
Did 4 qualifing runs with 10 shots at 10 yards using WWB. Worst placement was in one in the 8 ring. All other shots in X, 10 and 9. Overall a very accurate gun.
All in all I am very pleased with the CZ75 D. The gun has a very tight fit. I now have a great piece to carry. Still love my p226 in 9mm...but have to admit that the CZ can hold its own with my Sig.
Only additions will be two more magazines and maybe some nite sites. The grips were perfect as is.
