Jokes aside, WV's (where I do most of my hunting) archery season begins on October the 16th, and rifle seasons starts November the 20th.

September 18 (I think) for the urban archery season (goes until the end of march, can buy as many antlerless tags as you can fill...) in Fairfax county VA and I think I might just have found a place to hunt in the county. That is, if I'm not in Omaha, India, and Mozambique for a good portion of the fall. It's 1 Oct statewide for bow, 18 Nov for firearm.

Oct 1 here too. :D whoo haa! thats way to long but it'll come around. Sometimes I anticipate and scout so much that Im burnt out right before season. But when that alarm clock rings oct. 1st at 4:30, itll come back to me quick.:D

Oct. 10 is the start of our general hunting season in ID. Archery starts Aug. 30. Depending on zone, muzzleloaders start out Nov. 10-21.

Ah good, I will be off for Thanksgiving break for deer season. Haven't gone before, but hopefully this year! :)

Alabama, Archery season Oct. 14, BlackPowder Nov. 13, regular gun Nov 18th. all close Jan 31, 2007. Limit is two per day, one of which can be an antlered buck.

For my Nebraska Mule deer hunt opening day is Nov. 11th for rifle. Kansas rifle season starts Nov. 29th.

In ireland it starts on september 1st for the males of our 3 species (Red deer,Sika deer and Fallow deer) to Dec.31st and for females it starts november 1st and finishs febuary 28th
Shooting of male Reds is strictly forbidden in Co. Kerry

our roe buck season starts in april and ends in october, when the doe season starts that ends in march, which is the only non deer month for me.
