Which of these rounds would you fear MOST?

I would worry more about the where, the when, the how, the why, and the how many times, before I'd worry about the caliber.
Personally, I'd really rather not get shot at all.
Of those listed, I'd rather not get shot with a .357 magnum.
I've seen damage attributed to the .357 magnum, and all the king's surgeons couldn't do a whole lot but get together and pray.

My vote for .45 was really a sneaky vote the the importance of placement, 'cause the most accurate combat shooter I know personally shoots .45, and he could put one in each of my eye sockets before I could get one off. If he shot the .380, I'd be afraid of that.

The size of the hole don't scare me near as much as where that hole is going in me.

I'll thank you not to get shot period. Calibers I wouldn't want to feel: .357, .45 and anything from a shotgun. But as I said -- I'd rather not get shot. How about "If someone were attempting to shoot you, which caliber would you prefer?":D

I have seen men shot with every bullet listed. I have seen a man live after being shot in the face with a .357 magnum and I have seen men die from a single shot to the chest with a .380 caliber.

The only concrete although not scientific principle I have seen is the cockroach principle: If the person being shot is a cockroach they seem to live. If the person being shot is a good guy/girl they seem to die.

I wouldnt want to get shot with any of them.:uhoh:

Funny... the arguments usually rage between the 9mm and the 45ACP or the 9mm and the 40S&W but by a wide margin, the 357 Magnum seems to be the most widely feared... myself included. :p

If the best JHP of each, then I'd least like to be shot with the 9mm, as it's the easiest to shoot well, especially in multiple strings, as to be placed properly to kill me.

If I had to get shot, I think I'd chose those "airsoft" plastic bb's that at most could cause a little welt. :D

Of those choices on your list, any of them will kill you. No preference since they all are very lethal (if a vital is hit).

Toss up between .357 Mag and .45 ACP.

.357 will penetrate more, but I also know that the .45 shooter is no newbie pistolero!

Least feared is .380 + 9MM.

A .22 LR shooter is a contender too! Mainly because they shoot all the time AND HIT what they aim at! 10 .22 LR rounds in 2 seconds beats One .357 Magnum or .45 ACP.

Anything carried and delivered by an F-16, or towed behind a tracked vehicle. :D
I would PREFER the option of calling in an artillery or airstrike.

Well if I'm going to GET shot I'd prefer a rubber band gun.

If I'm shooting at someone I think a small missile would be nice...;.I don't know say TOMAHAWK. Don't know much about missiles but I think this would do the job. If not .50 BMG.
