Remington Lead Free Ammo

:rolleyes: I was checking the Remington site, and found VERY brief mention of "lead-free" ammo.

Ballistics looked impressive for .357 mag., flat point bullet ( which sounds good for lever actions ), MV about 1450 fps.

There was no mention of soft or hollow points, so I assume this is a solid, truncated cone design.

Has anyone here tried this ammo ?:cool:

No, but I wish frangible, lead-free, non-toxic ammo would become more affordable and widely available! That's just one less excuse the anti's have (evironmental) against us. Besides, I personally wouldn't mind lessening my lead exposure! :scrutiny:
