Is anyone aware of any penetration tests of the Remington Reduced Recoil Slugs (or another manufacturer's equivalant) on car bodies and windshields?
Also, any "street" results as in BGs stopping one?
A search turned up no matches.
Thanks...

Biker,

I am going to extend your question to Pellet Loads as well if I may. So 'lumping' pellet and slug reduced recoil loadings...

I cannot quote the cites to you, sorry, but I promised to keep some information private.

Reduced Recoil loadings have been reported to have problems in penetration in real life uses. Not a particular brand - just some penetration problems be it materials or live critters. Does include " not against heavy clothing and such either".

Winchester pellet loadings with that "ball" have been reported to bounce back in training and real applications causing "collateral damage".

Sorry, I cannot reveal any more about the sources.
