Here's a link to Eugene Volohk's blog that has an interesting article on that alleged Patriot Act raid that someone posted here last week. There's an another post about the Silviera vs Lockyear case after that's interesting as well.

Shooten, not pertaining to your post, but it is, in a way. I am getting up in years and am not all that computer-literate. The subject of your thread caught my eye. A question: What is a blog? A blogger, is, I suppose one who blogs, and blogging is what a blogger does. I'm serious. Help me out.

Blog is what you say when you're either too hip or too lazy to go to the trouble of saying "weblog." It's basically a daily journal kept on a website. See http://www.madogre.com/news

It took me a while, too. Blog is an abreviation of "web log". Bloggers are jargon for the one's who keep up these online journals.

Winwun,
Just like they said, weblog. It's like a diary as well. The one that I posted is from a UCLA law professor who has written some of the best 2nd Ammendment stuff that I've read since 1781. He's definitely a friend of shooters, hunters and patriots (although I don't know his position on the patriot act).
