Px4 and Cougar are the same thing?

I've searched and cannot find an exploded view of the Px4, but I found one for the Cougar. If anyone can supply the Px4 exploded view that would be nice.

Anyways, down to the question:

Is the Px4 a close copy of the Cougar, or is the Px4 different? (Mechanics wise.)
