You did well. Fieldstrip, clean and lube all the contact points and barrel lug on the gun.
Then go shoot the bejeezus out of it! Enjoy!

Congrads! I have a TRP that is great. Seems if it is unfired you did real well.
If by chance you have a problem the lifetime warrenty will take care of it for you.

Congrat's my friend, as you did really well~!
As a matter of fact, with all the .45 ACP 1911's that I currently own I
was looking/inspecting/drooling over a Springfield stainless Loaded 5"
model with adjustable target sights this afternoon. We were busy as
all get out in the shop today, and I didn't really have time too fill out
the 4473 before close of business. This weapon is NIB, with all the
documentation, extra magazine, etc and retail price is marked at
$749.88. Being an employee, I should be able too skate by with
'bout a $670 price tag. Should this be the case, I will probably
bring it home next week?

Congrats, i am sure that you will be more than happy with it. Clean it good, and shoot it like they are going out of style! If for nothing else shoot it for me!:)
