These are all some guns I am looking at getting right now. I need to choose one. Each is different and I just can't decide. I need HELP!

Star Firestar Plus 9x19 NIB with one 13 round mag. $320.

Sig-Sauer P230 .32 NIB $325.

FN SA/DA 9x19 from CDNN NIB $349.

Beretta 92D compact DAO 9x19 from CDNN $399. (has night sights)

Steyr M9 9x19 I have seen a couple for around $350.

So....given that list what would you choose and why?

GET A GLOCK!!! :D :D :D

Now, having got that out of the way, I'd recommend the SIG out of that list. It's the highest-quality gun of them all, and I think that quality will always be worthwhile.

I'd get the Beretta. It's a DAO. It's reliable. It's a 9mm. If you're looking for a self defense gun then this would be a good choice.

I would go for the Sig or FN. The Sig if you don't have a Sig in your collection already, just for the workmanship. Or the FN if you have a Sig already, and are also planning on using it for some self defense.

I assume that the Beretta is a Centurion model. If that is the case I would highly recommend it. I have a 92D Centurion (DAO) as my home defense gun and it is fantastic. I also have a Sig 230, in .380 and they are great guns, however I would discourage you from getting one in .32. Mike

I will second Mike J's comments. While Sig is a great manufacturer, 32 cal. is not an effective self defense cartridge.
Also in many cases, it cost more than 9mm ammo. Go with the Beretta. It's the better choice.

Just curious. Any particular reason it has to be on that list?

A SIG P228 or P229 in 9mm would be perfect for plinking (cheap) or self defense.
