What do you think?

Subject: Redress of Grievances

Some of you know me for being a very vocal dissident.
Many consider my writing ludicrous, while just a few understand that what I
speak is the truth. I do not subscribe to the propaganda as I see the
freedoms we believe we have melting away.

America, slowly but surely, has become a country where the Bill of Rights
has become meaningless, and most do not see it as they are content to
believe in an idea rather than reality.

The Constitution took effect on March 4, 1789, and was quickly eviscerated
by the very people the colonists sought to drive out. The crown lawyers
created a good deal of the animosity leading up to the revolution and there
they were making the laws in the newly formed congress.

The people were not given the right to vote for the first congress so
lawyers quickly took control and created the First Judicial Act as their
first act.
That act was scribed in secrecy, and during a period of time when no Supreme
Court sat in session, from September of 1789 to February of 1790.

The Judiciary act is twice the size of the Constitution, and it essentially
handed all power over to the fraternity of lawyers. The act allowed for the
judiciary to overwrite all the restrictions set out in the Constitution, and
to erode the structure of inalienable rights set down in the Bill of Rights.

While many of us claim to know our rights we are left at the mercy of the
legal fraternity, which destroyed the separation tenet of the Constitution.
All law is corporate, but you will not hear that from the legal community.

For me, there is no other way but to seek the truth and live by it, no
matter what the consequences. I am not happy working within the system, a
system that has become an abomination to the original concept.

I hope you will read the attached, and pass it along.
If there are forums you subscribe to, or a newspaper or radio station that
you enjoy, please pass it along.

A petition for redress of grievances is a method by which we were supposed
to be able to bring the government into compliance. However, courts seeded
with attorneys have destroyed the right to petition thereby preventing the
people from a peaceful resolution of the issues at hand.

Some will look at this petition with contempt, or condemnation considering
the circumstances. However, each time that I go through this it turns out to
be blatant lies by a complaining party, or by the police themselves. In one
instance I witnessed a judge perjure himself from the bench in order to
protect the misconduct of the police, and in another a prosecutor committed
a felony in order to protect the system.
Perhaps there is a plan for me and all that has transpired prompts my need
to seek the truth, and act.

I hope that at least some will attempt to confirm that the questions I ask
are valid, and completely based on the definition of our inalienable rights.
America needs its people to open their eyes and reinstate the Bill of Rights
as the supreme law of the land, or we will surely regret the outcome.

Many consider my writing ludicrous, while just a few understand that what I speak is the truth.

These are not mutually contradictory statements and thus can be believed simultaneously.

There is a wide gulf between disagreeing on any number of levels (including practicality) with a position and not understanding the argument.

Equating the two is arrogant and close-minded.

Sincerity of belief does not create Truth.

If you sincerely believe that Art, then does that mean what you say is false?

Perception is truth, at least from the individual perspective.

So we now have a system that maneuvers the uneducated and sub-verses the educated. If only we were all so gullible.
I wait with baited breath your next diatribe.
Please list the afore mentioned "Judiciary act" for the uneducated that I happen to be a part of.
Thanks, Mac
