Can I legally sell my .32 ACP Manurhin PP to an individual who has an 03 FFL? (Slide and grips have "Manurhin" trademark, and slide says "Made in France".)

Yes . I just picked one up from Centerfire with my C&R. It's on the BATF C&R list at http://www.atf.treas.gov/firearms/curios/sec2.htm.
