I'm thinking over an AR and I really like the look of the older triangluar handguards.
So I was wondering if anyone knew if there are any companies doing re-pro Triangular Handguards?

ATWELLS in Painesville , OH has them both new in the wrapper and used.
Give them a call at ( 440 ) 354 - 5593 and ask for Chuck.

Northridge has full sets of M16/M16A1 furniture for $20 a set. I've bought a number off them for a couple of projects. All were in good shape, although not "new". They are great for paint jobs, or even if you just redid them in black.(I use Aluma Hyde II from Brownell's) I like the shorter A1 stocks over the A2's. If you go with the A1 stock, you need to get an A1 stock screw or you'll go nuts with off and on malfunctions if you use the A2 screw.

about halfway down the page. They have both the older ones with no trapdoor and the newer ones with it.
