For your enjoyment. My S&W Model 25-5 in .45 Colt (with the Pachmayr Gripper grips) and my S&W Model 57 in .41 Magnum.

Nice guns!

I'm especially jealous of the 25-5, but, um, it has some weird black stuff where the wood's supposed to be. ;)

Well, yeah. But when I had enough money ($70+) for a set of nice grips, I spent it on the other revolver instead.

I really didn't like the factory target stocks. My fingers would get bunched up under the trigger guard, I'd have to shift my grip a lot, and an exposed metal backstrap on a .41 Magnum is kind of silly. (I've replaced the stocks on the .41 with Pachmayr Presentation grips.)

I'll get some stocks on there eventually.

(Moderators, the attachment in this post shouldn't be there. I have really slow dialup, and it's a reattachment of a pic that's already on THR's server. Furthermore, it didn't come out all the way. If at all possible, please delete the attachment in this post. The picture posted is linked to the actual picture on THR's server. Thank you.)

Edited to have the correct picture this time.

Good Lord I hate being on dial-up. :cuss:

Greeting's Nightcrawler-

Very nice indeed, I'm a .41 magnum fan; but I wouldn't
kick the model 25 to the curb!:uhoh: :)

Best Wishes,
