I want to get a used Sprinfield Armory 1911 in 9mm, but it's NOT a Loaded Model. I know that these used to be made awhile ago, but I haven't been able to find an estimate of what it's worth based on previous sales or anything online.

Let's say it's in good condition, nothing major wrong with it, and it's in a GI configuration.

It really depends on were you look, but ive seen a Springfield Armory full size 1911 A1 used for $500.00. Ive also seen a springfield armory compact used for $750.00 so it really depends on were you go to get the gun. I know you were saying you wonted it in the G.I. model but i dont belive they made it in 9mm you can however get a new G.I. MODEL IN 45. acp fo about $550.00.

It depends on which "not Loaded" model you are talking about.

When SA first started business, they made a 9mm in nearly exactly the same configuration as the current GI model (vertical slide serrations, small sights, and small ejection port). I saw one of those in excellent condition sell for $475 on Gunbroker early this year.

Before being in business for a year, SA switched the 9mm to nearly the same configuration as the current Mil-Spec model (slanted slide serrations, bigger sights, etc.). That model was made for a number of years. I have seen that model in excellent to LNIB condition sell for $500-$600 on the auction sites in the last year.
