Don't know if there is anyone hanging around from the St. Louis area, but would anyone have any information on the Trap and Skeet fields being built along Highway 370, just West of the Mills Mall? Looks like a nice setup, at least 10 fields. Rumor has it that this place existed prior to the floods in '93, and it looks like its being rebuilt.... I would be thrilled to have something that close to the house.....

I knew there used to be a club out there. I think it was called Missouri Bottoms Gun Club or something like that. I wasn't aware they were building a new club but I'm not in that area any more.

I am not familiar with it but you have my curiosity up. I am looking for a reasonable place to shoot some of the shotgun sports in the Saint Louis area. I like the Conservation dep't ranges. It is hard to beat $3 a round for trap. The Olin/Winchester range is reasonable too at $8 They provide Winchester AA ammo too for that price. Any other suggestion for a frugal shooter?
