I plan on SBR'ing 3 new receivers I have picked up. I am the owner and executor of a Living Trust that I had set up in my name. I have been told that I can use this trust to transfer the receivers into and avoid CLEO signoff and other various hassles of the paperwork. My local NFA dealer said no problem, he can help me do it like this but I am still not sure?

Does anybody have any experience with Form 1 SBR's and a Living Trust?
