Picked up some PMC ammo

But this one has slightly different package than the typically bronzed colored box. It has what it seems to be primer sealant in red.
I wonder if this is the same spec as the Winchester 9mm nato white box where it has WCC stamp on it.

White and red box or was the box camoflaged?
I like PMC brass for reloading but have never had any consitent results out of any of their 9mm or .223 ammunition that I have ever tried.
Quite the opposite with their revolver loads.
.357 magnum, .38 special, .44 magnum, and .45 Colt have all been consistent performers for me.
