I have a single shot 12 ga. made by Crescent arms, It victor ejector stamped on the left side, It also has a Polly choke on it, I don't think it is original, but I really have no idea. Can any one give me any info on this shotgun?

Cresent Arms made a lot of "trade" shotguns in the late 1800's and early 1900's. They were sold under a variety of names, mostly "hardware chains" with "store brand names" on them.
Most don't have any collector value, and most probably shouldn't be fired with modern shotshells.

The PolyChoke is most definitely not original.

If the gun is still tight, it may be ok to shoot it.

All of the Cresents I've seen through the years would best be served by being displayed at "Cracker Barrels", as most of the last few I've seen were.

I'd suggest having a gunsmith check it out before shooting.
