Browning HP made/imported through Canada-some wearing on the blue, but otherwise in fair shape-has the old time military sites, same as what they put on military rifles...what would you pay?

Thanks

Dave

As you describe it...anywhere between $350 and $800. Is it an FN, Inglis, wartime, etc? More detail and/or a pic would be helpful.

Like Jonny said, it depends.... It sounds like an Inglis if it was made in Canada. The markings will show Inglis if that's the case.

Do the S/N's match? Is it the original finish or refinished? Are you talking about the tangent sites? Does the frame have a slot for a shoulder stock? Is the mag original. More than one mag?

If your Browning Hi-Power has a tangent type sight and a serial # of XCHXXXX it was manufactured by Ingalls up in Canada for the Nationalist Chinese during WWII. Is it parkerized ? I paid $250 for mine back in '86. my finish has been worn, but it's still an excellent, accurate shooter.
