Hi folks,
Got my .44 SBH and put on the cocobolo grips for some pics. Can't wait to take 'er out for a spin this weekend. What a handfull., sure did miss revolvers. Next up, a .44 stainless Vaquero in 4.6" form. Got my coachgun, now if only I could find my spurs, I'll be ready to hit the SASS trail. :D

Braz, you'll love the stainless Vaquero's. I have two, one a 4 5/8 Bisley model, the other a Sheriff's model, both in .45 Colt, along with the Win. carbine in .45. Fun stuff! :D

Thanks y'all,
Say RCL, do you shoot SASS? Um, I'll PM ya. Prolly won't wonder back in this thread. Wanted to ask some questions about setting up a Vaquero for competition.
I'll post a range report this weekend. I've scarbbled together a nice assortment of mags and specials to test. I've heard great things about these big Rugers, let's see if they're true. ;)

Look's like you'll be shoot'n Modern Class in SASS, (adj.Sites).
I enjoy my Ruger's in .357 SS. With my big hands they fit good. I installed wolf springs in mine and that is the only thing that I have done, except file the sites to point of aim for my loads. Also shoot Modified win 94 in 357 and Stoeger SXS 12 guage.
Enjoy...:D
