This is a 12 gauge (I think), single shot. I am trying to figure out the maker/manufacturer. Is this worth anything?, or just a fun keeper? I bought it a an estate sale in Olympia, WA.

it is difficult to read the name on the gun. Can you tell us what it says, or any other markings on the gun

All I can see on the barrel is a stamped "K" on the right side close the the release mechanism and on the other side is the serial # of 147211 with a Y or V stamped above the serial #.
There is the words "CHOKE BORED" on the barrel higher above the serial #.
Also, there is the words "NEW LONG RANGE WINNER" on the gun above the trigger on the left side.
That is all I can see. I can't make out the letters on the butt plate except the last two which are "CO".
Thank again for any help!

LONG RANGE WINNER
Trade Name of
SEARS ROEBUCK AND CO OF CHGO
on SHOTGUNS THEY RETAILED
Prbably made by Crescent, HD Folsom or possibly J. Stevens
There is a striking resemblance to the Stevens #1 sngl bbl shotgun
value: from the looks of the condition probably around $25.00 to \$50.00
