How do I sharpen a guthook?

I'm thinking maybe a small, fine rat-tail file, but not sure.

Any advice?

i use a round diamond sharpener.

or round ceramic rod


The best way is to send it back and have the maker do it.;)

I think that DMT makes the one that I have.

I use a round diamond or ceramic sharping rod and a very fine rat tailed file:D

A dowel of appropriate size wrapped in wet-dry sandpaper should work. :)
