I've had this old powder measure around for a long time. It works great, but I have no clue as to who made it. Surely some of you who have been loading for many years can ID it at a glance. It has no markings on it at all. Thanks

That's an old California made SAECO M-S. The M-S stood for "micro setting". The adjustment covers a wide range. These are well made measures.
