Differences between American and Italian-made 92FS?

The local gunstore is having a sale that ends today. One of the things on sale are a handful of Beretta 92FS that I have been eye-balling all week. Does $395 NIB, sound pretty good? It sounds good to me, it's definately a lot less than what I shucked out for my 1911. From what I can tell, he has several Berettas that are all more or less identical, but I noticed that two are made in Italy while rest say Beretta USA Corp. Are there any advantages/disadvantages to purchasing one made in one country over the other?
I think I'd prefer to get one that was made in Italy, but I just want to be sure there aren't issues with it that aren't present with the American-made version, and vise-versa.

IF you CAN get an Italian 92FS for $395 then go ahead and steal the thing! I personally think the Italian ones are a little better finished.:)

So the Italian ones are better finished? Is that the only difference, internally are they otherwise the same?

Some folks swear by the Italian made pistols--I don't know that there's any significant difference.
Don't worry about buying one--if anything, the Italian pistols are considered more desirable by many.
