a selected quote from here site:
Along with some other items revolver goes in a war museum. I really like it and I would leave it for myself, but storing fire-arms is not legal in Ukraine and I have only two choices, either gun goes in museum or I go in jail. We're on the middle of summer, so I'd better bring gun in museum.

And here I thought they had gotten rid of the Commies back in 1990:barf:
Too bad, It looks like she has found a lot of cool stuff around Kiev. It is a shame that she can't even keep rusted out guns for a private collection.:(

Wow! Thanks for the link. That was awesome. A pretty lady and some truly amazing historical photos. Gives you some idea of what hell on earth was like.

I don't think I'd be handling those old grenades and shells, though. Looks pretty dangerous.

That was an interesting thread about her Chernobyl story aaronrkelly. Wasn't aware of that. Guess she had to start somewhere. Can't ride a motorcycle? Welppers, there goes that fantasy. Plenty of room on the back of mine though :D

That's a cool site, this lady has some really cool pictures up there, and a lot of interesting stories to tell. It would be cool to visit those old bunkers, although all that unexploded ordinance makes me a bit nervous  . Those pictures of the helmets with bullet and shrapnel holes in them are particularly sobering.

Cool photos, even if some of the story behind them is false.
