Well... let me tell you about the new version:
Enough to keep Bruce Willis, Benicio del Toro and Ryan Phillippe well-stocked throughout Last Man Standing and The Way of The Gun. :p

First one: Assuming they are all 7 rounders I count 189 rounds there. You must have some mean animals/people out there. :D
Second one: Sweet Al Gore on a pogo stick! I stopped counting at about sixty mags and wasn't enough half-way done yet.
Do you really need all those guns and mags? Why not help a friend in need? ;)

Is that all the mags from the metalform group buy?
First pic: Use Enough Gun. Redundency IS good.
Second pic: Have a plan, have a backup plan.

They're not all mine. I organized a group buy from MetalForm over on 1911forum.com There's Government/Commander mags in there as well as a few Officer's mags and one Ace unit. 9mms, 38 Supers, 40S&Ws, 10mms and 45ACPs. 6 ronders, 7 rounders, 8 rounders 9 rounders and 10 rounders. Stainless and carbon. Rounded followers and flat. Removable bases, flat bases, welded bases, rubber pads. And even two mags that are contracted by the FBI.
Is that all the mags from the metalform group buy?
Yup... took a considerable amount of time to sort them all out. Esp figuring out the onesy, twosy orders. You have no idea how similar some of these seem. But I worked through it. :p
I wanted to put a couple bullets in each one so they all looked loaded.

Assuming an average of 8 rounds per magazine in the group buy (safe bet looking down the list, several 10 rounders and more 8 rounders than 7 rounders) plus my mags up top and on one side, I come up with 1,220 rounds that i could have loaded up. of course, I don't have any 10mm ammo but I guess 40s would work in a pinch. :p
But that's still less rounds than in the lobby scene in The Matrix.

I feel inadequate now...I only have five CMC 8-rounders and two Metalform 7-rounders for my 1911.

Yes, but can you fill a rail car with your magazines?
Metalforms rock.

Go buy two semicircles (180 degrees each) of Lexan the same diameter as your table. Add some supports around the edges and hinges in the middle and you'd have the coolest table around.

I counted about 150... You should make it a contest... He who gets closest wins one...

Man, it was almost impossible to even get that picture. Obviously didn't spend any time arranging them to anything attractive. Our lowest floor only has 8 ft ceilings (funny considering the third floor has 18 foot ceilings :p ) and I was standing on a chair with the camera all the way up with my hand against the ceiling. Couln't see what I was doing and it still took about 40 shots to even get this one which is so poor I wouldn't normally post it... but though I should share. ;)

Is that barrel ported or threaded?
Neither one... it's a Marvel 22 Conversion on a Combat Commander frame. The Marvel Unit 1 has the little barrel extension so you can hang a compensator out there but as I have it, it's just a bit longer barrel. But I would LOVE to get a a supressor for the conversion. I think I'd probably get a lot more use out of a supressed 22 rifle, but a pistol would be plenty cool, too!

Cratz2,
I need to get some of those Metalform 10mm mags. Any thoughts of another group buy?

I probably won't do another group buy but they pop up all the time over on 1911forum.com
