Ok..I just ordered a Leupold scope from SWFA today. It's a VXII 3x9 40mm for an AR upper I planned on recieving if the friggen post office ever delivers my money order.:fire:

Anyway, this is my second order with SWFA ( I had previously ordered an Aimpoint Comp M some time ago) and both orders were shipped the same day, my card charged promptly and correctly and I recieved it a couple of days later. That's service! :D

Now to the question...what is the silly green cover with Leupold written on it for?

If it's just ornamental I would have rather Leupold just sent me a set of scope covers instead of the silly green thing.

Good Shooting

IIRC, the manual says to use this cloth for cleaning. I think it's a nice touch but I too would rather have had a good set of lens covers.
