The Dan Wesson era Razorbacks were not offered with an ambi safety. I don't know about the CZ/DW Razorbacks.

The CZ/DW RZ-10's do not come with the ambi-safety. I have heard that they use the STI part but it is the single sided model. Love mine.

UPDATE: Just got an email response from the production manager at Dan Wesson.
He said you could special order it from the factory. But it could take 1-6 months depending when they are shipping a larger order of RZ-10s out.
Also stated that it would be faster just to order the pistol and have an ambi-safety put on by a good gunsmith. That is what I figured.
