rangerruck October 4, 2006, 03:24 AM Love my H TOWN hommies. you ever shoot out at American shooting centers?
MPanova October 4, 2006, 04:22 AM thats really the only place i go lol i was going to try and find an indoor range but the guys over at American are great people and for a few bucks to shoot all ya want you cant beat it ;)
Kr4kJ4k October 4, 2006, 09:24 AM 59 gun range (indoor range on 59 north of the loop) is open later and might be cheaper. It's no good for rifles though.
MPanova October 4, 2006, 09:51 AM do you have the name of the place or a number? i work right down the street from there (59@west airport) if they open early i could go right after work (i work nights and get off at 7am) that would be a great way to let off some stress after work :D

kjeff50cal October 4, 2006, 11:24 AM Welcome fellow Houstonian to THR.... sit a spell and enjoy.
BTW with all the members from the Hou/Galv area we need a M&G soon.
MPanova October 4, 2006, 11:32 AM that sounds like a great idea to me, i would be up for it. all i know is i dont want to have to organize it lol i organized a mustang owners poker run for this saturday and its killing me trying to keep up with all the details and people that want to go, very time consuming

I usually get most of my stuff from Carters Country, Collectors, and Gander Mountain. Mostly stores, the gun show here is pretty small, and nothing good.
Rem700SD October 14, 2006, 08:33 AM Welcome to THR from another H Town resident!
I'm still looking for the perfect gun store in Houston! I have yet to find it! Reliant Center usually has the biggest gun show around here. It's put on by the Houston Gun Collecter's Assoc.
I second the M&G proposal!
phantomak47 October 14, 2006, 10:34 AM I was looking at Carters country in spring, they are pretty high , I still am surprised that Houston being as big as it is, doesnt have a high volume gun store.
I have posted this before, not to complain all the time, but I could buy guns cheaper from a store in Boston that sells in this format.
10-Ring October 14, 2006, 01:50 PM Welcome to THR! :D
