Has anyone else had problems with cast bullets in the .357 Rossi 92? I've tried 158 swc & 200 tc and half the shots aren't on the target paper at 50m. Most of the bullets that actually cut paper leave elongated holes like the bullet is yawing. Any ideas?

LITERALY EVERYTHING MIGHTY FINE INDEED.
So, the first thing I'd do is slug the barrel and find out it's land and groove diameters. Keyholing of bullets is almost always caused by undersized bullets for the rifle/carbine being tested. And don't forget cast bullets should be .001"-.002" over bore diameter for a nice tight fit that lines 'em up and shoots 'em straight.
Keep us posted.

No experience with the 357 but I shoot a 45 Colt Rossi 92 (stainless, refinished wood -- has a neat golden hue to it -- 24" octagonal barrel, full buckhorn sights that I use a s ghost ring) that I only run cast bullets through.

Mostly 200 grain RNFP cast from a Lee mold loaded fairly light. I size them to .454 to make sure I've got a good seal. That little rifle runs just a great. Little recoil and deadly accurate. Easily shoots 1" at 50 yards.

I'd agree with the comment on slugging your barrel. Try a few different loads as well. No way should you be having that poor of accuracy.

I'M HERE TO TELL YOU IT IS ALSO YORE LOADS.
With 200gr bullets you ain't gittin' 'em up to speed to stabalize 'em with those wimpy little loads.
I would advise trying something like 12 to 13 grains of 2400 under those lead bullets to get a good kick in their butt for upset and speeds enough to stabalize those long bullets.

My '92 is extremely accurate. Great little gun. Only problem I have is with the ramp and feeding the cartridges. Needs some work.
