I have a set of Crimson Trace laser grips for a SW1911PD. I screwed up and got cleaning solvent in the lense and it difused the laser beam pretty badly.

I emailed Crimson Trace and asked what I needed to do to get it fixed. They sais send it in, we'll fix it for free.

Just got it back about a week after mailing it off. They sent new batteries in the cardboard packaging and a new plastic bag with new lense cleaners and new hex wrenches. UPS ground. Everything looks great. Beam is clear and strong.

No charge.

Can't beat that.

It's always nice to hear positive customer service stories as we tend to mainly hear the negitives!
