Hi, can you please find out what this is for me. I found it in storage. It is a winchester 1894 saddle carbine. SN 306982. If it is just a shooter 30/30 I will give it to my brother for Christmas. It is in very good condition. If it is worth something. I will keep it and he gets ammo again this year. As always, thank you very much for your time. It says marbles gladstone on the site. and ckr on the barrel.

The serial number shows that it was made in 1903. An unaltered gun in good condition should be worth between $750 and $1500, thats 50% to 90% range. If the item you identified is as Marbles Galdsone Mi is a a tang sight , in good shape it is worth $75 to $150. Post pictures if possible and we may know more. I think ammunition is being wrapped in xmas paper as we speak.

Just because it is old and in good shape doesn't mean you can't have some some great fun shooting it ! Old guns need to be shot ,just shoot them carefully !
