First a question - Why would you want a red button on your own posts? That button is used only to report posts to the moderators because the reporter thinks they deserve attention for being against the general board rules in some way.

I seriously doubt that you saw one on your own posts when you first joined. They are left off of posts created by the member viewing them by the logic that that member would not want to report one of their own posts as being a bad post. However, other members do see a red button on your posts when they are viewing them.

I don't want a red button. Just wasn't sure. Thanks for the info. Mine was teh only one without when viewing like you said. The computer I am using has had "issues". Just wanted to make sure.

I think I have to modify my answer.

Over on TFL (http://www.thefiringline.com/forums/index.php), I just noticed that all posts have the red button, even ones that I have posted. I tested it with a non-moderator login and it's still true (wanted to be sure it wasn't a special case for mods over there). TFL is on vbulletin version 3.6.0 and THR is on version 3.5.3. Maybe it changed with the new version. Odd.
