i think ARMS makes one?

who else? ive seen several variant of this type of system, just dont remember where...

A.R.M.S. makes a couple different models as does G.G.G.

As Jeff said, ARMS and GG&G for flatop. Bushmaster also makes the BMAS rail extension which is by far the cheapest route at $34.95. The only drawback is that it doesn't extend quite as far as the other models.

You have a few more choices if you are wanting one for an A2 carry handle and need a "scout" type mount.
