I can't decide on which wood for my CZ PCR grips I see something better. Those Cocobolo grips are sweet.

I've been delighted with the stocks Hakan made for my model 1911 out of amboine or amboyne burl. The only wood I've ever seen this pretty is Circassian walnut, which seems well nigh impossible to find any more.

It took me a few weeks to decide what kind of wood I wanted on my CZ-75 P-01. I finally decided in Cocobolo. Hakan is a little backed up right now. I ordered in early April. I should see them by the end of May or early June. The wait is definately worth it for high quality grips as these.

Yes...it is true that I'm pretty behind on the deliveries.Working on the grips just a couple of hours after full time job isn't enough any more... but I'm doing my best.I had one week off on Easter and I was in my workshop for six days.This is what I came out with.:)
