I just found that, and although its not the cheapest plinking ammo, it seems to be a decent deal. The only thing is I can't find anyone else that has experiance with that ammo. Also they call it a "penetrator", does that mean it has a steel core? Any opinions would be greatly apperciated. :)
EDIT: I wonder how much shipping would be

Yes, it has a mild steel core. It isn't armor piercing. The steel core allows the .223 to penetrate thin, but hard barriers at extended ranges.
Some people complain that this ammo isn't as hot as it's American counterpart (M855)...sold as XM855 or XM855PD.
No matter what, it won't be any weaker than standard .223, so you should be good to go. I see nothing wrong with it.

Oh yeah, if you want best prices, availability and shipping costs...this is the best list for .223 anywhere:

I have allwasy found that any of the old british empire countries' milsurp, is usually the best milsurp. Former brit empire countries are ; canada, australia, america, singapore, S. africa, you can also throw in the old S. america nazi destinations; chile, venezuela, like that.
