I had to laugh when I saw this body armor for sale on ebay.

It said is was designed to stop six rounds of .308 !!!

Here's the link:

If I recall correctly, I think that was the rifle round -- a .308 -- that the infamous Mall Ninja was concerned about!

If you know the Mall Ninja, you may want to tell him about this vest.

It sure beats TAPING armored plates to his chest and back -- ouch!

:D :p

By the way -- is this the REAL Mall Ninja ???

What, don't you worry about getting a 308 in the back?

I hope to get a M1a rifle in that caliber before
CA declares it an "assault" weapon

That vest can ONLY stop 6 rounds of .308.

I wonder if that would be enough for the Mall Ninja?

:uhoh: :what: :scrutiny:

What, don't you worry about getting a 308 in the back? That's what duct tape and ballistic plates are for.

Steel plates under your poncho work the best.

That is, if you can squint properly.

Visions of a Spagetti Western are flooding back into my head... :D

Still, though, not a bad price for a vest...
