Anybody have any experience with the new CW 40 from Kahr?
Fits perfectly in my hand, wondered how recoil is?

If I've been told right, the CW40 is almost the same as the P40, with the biggest difference being the CW has standard rifling rather than polygonal. I had a P40 for a bit less than a week. I'd say recoil was 20% harder than my XD40 subcompact-Sharp, but shooting 100 rounds at a time was not unpleasant. I shot probably 500 rounds through it over a few days trying unsuccessfully to find ammo it liked. Mine had many, many independant problems--If it was reliable, would have made a great carry gun. Make sure you buy from a shop with a good return policy.

Although I can't help you with the recoil aspect, I love my CW9.
