I'm sure most of you have heard about the article in which the VP of Bushmaster appeared indifferent to extension of the AWB:

But Bushmaster is less worried about an extension. "From our point of view, extending the ban is probably OK," Faraday said.

However, it looks like the VP actually said that an extension would would be ok in terms of IT'S EFFECT ON THEIR SALES. He went on to state that Bushmaster supported gun rights, including the sunset provision in the AWB. The reporter somehow neglected to include that part....

Note also the paper in question has printed a retraction and clarified their story now.
