Ruger offers some of the Blackhawk models in a "Convertible" 45Colt/.45ACP. Calibre conversion is via a swapable cylinder.
Double-action Convertible? Not that I know.

Yup. This is my .45 convertible Bis-hawk with the .45 acp cylinder installed.
