RP is Remington Peters. I don't know that there is any differences in Remington Peters brass and "regular" Remington brass. Could be though. Maybe someone else knows.

I suspect some brass may be made by other companies (Winchester maybe) but marked 7mm Rem to designate the caliber.

Any brass you buy for the 7mm Remington Magnum will be marked as such irrespective of brass brand.

The various companies producing brass have changed their headstamps over the years on occasions. A slightly different headstamp only means that it was produced at a different time. For instance, some Winchester brass will be marked WW for Winchester Western and some is marked Super X.
