Millett SP2 and ARMS #22M68 mount

Simple question: will the Millett SP2 red dot scope (30mm tube) fit in the A.R.M.S. #22M68 mount, which is a 30mm throw lever ring, but is designed with the Aimpoint comp M(L)(2/3) sights in mind?
