My favorite combo would be my MiniFirestorm .40S&W in my Mernickle PS2 for inside the pants carry and the same pistol but in a Mernickle PS6 (I have both with & w/o thumbreak) for on the outside belt carry.

Simple...Walther P99 in SOB (small of the back) or tucked inside belt on strong side. No holster.
