Anyone know how to remove the rear sight on a Walther P22?

I have no idea. Im looking at mine, and there is a screw to adjust left or right...im pretty sure that you need to unscrew that all the way although i would find out for sure before you do it

Anyone have he foggiest idea what Yeah shoot it means? Explain to me please how that will remove the sight.
